What happens next

We talk through the young person's needs and any current risk assessment with you.
We agree the journey, timings and staffing. Standard support is 3:1.
If we judge that safety is at risk, we discuss additional staff support with you before the journey.
Two staff support the young person while one manages the vehicle.
